- How do I apply for an LPV card?
Come and visit us in store to get an application form for the LPV Card! You can start using your card straight away on any purchase. Fill in the form and return it to us within 30 days at: La Place Verte, The Motor House, Skeldergate Bridge, York, YO1 9WJ. If you do not return the card within 30 days, we will cancel the account and all points collected will be lost. L
- What are the benefits?
The main of benefit of having an LPV Card is that loyal customers are rewarded with LPV points. We pride ourselves on being one of the most generous loyalty programmes around as we give 1 point (= £0.10) for every £1 spent in store! By filling your email or postal address in on the application form, customers allow us to send them exclusive offers and promotions as well as our newsletter. (P.S. Don’t be coy, give us your date of birth and we’ll also send you an email on your birthday!)
- How/where do I collect LPV points?
You can collect LPV points in store in the LPV Coffee House and Shop. We are working hard to make them also available at our online shop shop.laplaceverte.co.uk.
- How much is an LPV point worth?
For every £1 you spend, we’ll give you 1 LPV point. 1 point is redeemable for 10 pence in store. As we give you 10 pence per point, you can collect points on transactions under £1.
- How/where can I spend my LPV points?
Answer: the same as question 3! You can spend your LPV points in store in the LPV Coffee House and Shop.
- Can I share my LPV card?
If you’re a kind and generous soul you might like to lend your card to a loved one for them to redeem your points: that’s fine by us. Your LPV card can be used by anyone who lives at your address. Points can also be collected by anyone who lives at your address.
- What happens if I forget my LPV card when I come to pay in store or online?
Unfortunately, LPV points can only be collected when you are in store, paying. If you forget your LPV card when you come and visit us, we won’t be able to save the points for you.
- What happens if I lose my LPV card?
A very sad moment indeed! But don’t worry, just come in store and see us and, if we have your details we can transfer all your points over to your new card. If you haven’t returned your details to us, unfortunately your points will be lost. However, it’s not all bad news as we’ll give you another LPV card.
